Walk on the Laxman jhula and Ram jhula, the suspension bridges which connects the two banks of river Gange. Around the Ram jhula you can find the statues depicting scenes from Hindu epics and the Bhagavad Gita.
Pay visit to the thirteen story Triyambkeshwar temple near the Laxman jhula. You can also enjoy the many activities like river rafting, kayaking, and hiking.
Taking a jeep safari through the wild terrain of Rajaji National Park is also one of the most adventurous things to do in Rishikesh. On the eastern bank the peaceful Swarg Ashram is located.
